Work with us

Storytelling, insight and experiences that help organisations connect more meaningfully with people.

Vision Liberate works with organisations, cultural institutions and purpose-led teams to understand experiences, shape meaningful stories and create work that connects with the people they want to reach.

Our collaborations can move across storytelling and creative production, research and cultural insight, and reflective wellbeing experiences — shaped around the needs of each project.

How we can work together

Three strands of one practice.

Each strand below is a different form of the same approach: listening closely to people, and making something that responds to what we hear.

01 — Storytelling & creative partnerships

Shape the story. Find the voices. Bring it to life.

We work with organisations to uncover and communicate the human stories behind their work — from defining the wider narrative and identifying the people and perspectives that matter, through to creating the content that carries those stories into the world.

This can include storytelling strategy, editorial development, interviews, commissioned films, cultural storytelling, creative direction and the coordination of wider creative production.

Storytelling strategy · Editorial direction · Film & interviews · Creative production · Cultural and event storytelling

02 — Research & cultural insight

Understand the people behind the audience.

We undertake human-centred research to help organisations better understand the experiences, motivations and cultural contexts of the people they want to reach.

Drawing on qualitative research and a background in medical anthropology, we can explore questions around identity, culture, belonging, behaviour and lived experience — translating what we learn into useful insight for strategy, communications, engagement and future activity.

Qualitative research · Interviews · Audience insight · Cultural research · Strategic recommendations

03 — Wellbeing & reflective experiences

Create space for people, not just outcomes.

We design and facilitate thoughtful spaces in which people can reflect, reconnect and explore the experiences shaping how they feel, relate and move through the world.

Sessions can be developed around identity, belonging, confidence, emotional wellbeing and the pressures experienced within particular communities or environments, using conversation, reflection and creative or embodied approaches where appropriate.

Workshops · Facilitated conversations · Reflective sessions · Bespoke programmes · Community experiences

Our approach

It starts with understanding.

Whether the outcome is a film, a piece of research, a cultural programme or a reflective experience, the starting point is similar: listen closely, understand what matters, and create something that responds meaningfully to it.

Vision Liberate brings together cultural insight, human-centred research and storytelling to develop work around people and the experiences that shape them.
