We are a research-led social enterprise dedicated to empowering women and children from racialised communities to recognise and reach their full potential.

We are Vision Liberate

Vision Liberate cultivates supportive communities where racialised women and girls can learn, grow, and connect.

We support individuals with their mental and emotional well-being, through programmes that use coaching, movement, therapy, and alternative healing practices.

Our programmes help people develop pride in what makes them different. Encouraging them to discover more of who they are, what they’re capable of, and make meaningful, long-term friendships along the way.

Research shows girls’ self-esteem issues start as early as 8 years old.

Racism intensifies societal factors impacting mental health, diminishing resilience, hope, and motivation.

Over half of POC experience racism at work & almost all black students experience racism in schools.

People affected may blame themselves for not performing well at school, at work, or in life.
